To complete our last project this year we head to Miami Beach and join oasis-like PULSE Art Fair with the selection of the latest works by 5 of our artists. From digital art to sculptures made of threads, with no limits in materials and techniques the show will present the large selection of works for our third time appearance on "The Beach" this December. Haruki Ogawa shows his "Fusions" in which he combines canvases made of different media (hemp, linen, cotton), applying shadowing effects and depicting (by oil, acrylic, alkyd) dynamic elements that transfix the multiple planes. Thus the artist weaves a figure that can't be read through linear, diachronic structure. His image doesn't offer you one entrance. The painting is a knot-like organization which can be perceived only in the mode of synchronicity, while enveloping the totality of the visual semiotic organism and coming simultaneously from different directions to its ungraspable, "empty" centre.
We bring the latest inorganic species by Macoto Murayama from his Phalaenopsis (Moth Orchid) series. Besides Botanical Diagrams his large scale Botech Art works concentrate on the surreal form of the plant, gentle spread of the petals and expansion of hypnotic color. With this model "Inorganic Flora" by Murayama is entering in the more intriguing relationship between natural and artificial since Phalaenopsis and the flower the artist used as his model in particular is from the beginning industrially cultivated.

For the first time in America Kanata Goto's works appear in PULSE and we show 3 pieces from his "Nexus" series. Neither installation nor sculptures, his works overcome genre and style restrictions and bring in contemporary art “totem and taboo” dimension of desire, while triggering unconscious work of “worship”. Connecting prehistoric past with sci-fi type of future Goto throws together the epochs as if playing with deep and unrecognized desires on one hand and law and order on another.
Latest works from "ZIP" series by Taisuke Mohri is on the way to Miami. Created by pencil image of the face is covered by the layer of glass with cracks in it. The cracks enter the representation producing distinctive and blurry segments of an image as if parts of the depicted object are behind the window during rainy day. The Crack in substance becomes The Line in the image. From another side the seemingly 3-dimensional object “rushes out” from the flat surface into the mesh of broken glass merging with physical dimension, becoming a part of embodied reality.

Cousteau Tazuke plays with the presence and absence showing his latest works which look as if colorful wooden or plastic sticks are inserted inside the acrylic plane, although these lines are nothing but painted emptiness. The artist carves into clear acrylic panels, pours acid-colored paint in the resulting space and then exhibits these works backwards, thus subverting the opposition of the front and the rear of the picture and transcending the borderline between the process of carving and the work of drawing.
